Do I need a gym membership?

No, you can work out at home with minimal equipment, or I can adapt the program to the equipment you have.

Online personal training can be very effective, especially when clients follow the program with consistency.

I can modify workouts to accommodate almost everyone. I’ve trained people in wheelchairs, people of all ages and abilities, people coming back from injury and even have clients who have complete visual disabilities.

I will teach you by using both visuals (demonstrating them myself), and audio cues by telling you exactly what we are doing, and why we are doing it.

Virtual training is meant to fit into your schedule. We’ll have our set session time, but I will also be sending you “homework” to do on your own. Simple things like going for walks or maybe some exercises.

Yes! Whenever there is a question, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m always there.

Please try to cancel any sessions 12 hours ahead of our start time. I also understand life happens sometimes, so we can work on a case by case basis.
