I have never really worked out before on a regular basis and I can say that all changed after meeting Chris and working out 4 times a week when I was 61. Chris has been an amazing personal trainer for me, his depth of knowledge about the body , all the muscles and how to work out safely has really made a big difference in my life, health and strength. All sessions begin with Hows the body feeling and I appreciate that we can adapt the workouts based on the day. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to get healthier and stronger. You will come for the personal training and stay for the friendship. His ability to perceive the most subtle issues in your form over video, and to offer precise and timely advice is almost superhuman. You will learn and improve with every session. He’s also brilliant at crafting a program tailored to the equipment you have available, and knows when to progress the weights and reps.
